Profile:Warehouse & Dispatch Manager

Experience:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in warehouse dispatch logistics or fulfilment operations
• Experience in textiles garments FMCG or ecommerce fulfilment is preferred.
• Prior experience managing teams and high-volume multi-SKU customer orders.

Roles:

• Plan and execute daily dispatch operations based on customer orders and delivery priorities.
• Prepare daily dispatch plans and monitor Plan vs. Actual performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate picking checking packing invoicing coordination and dispatch of orders.
• Manage end-to-end warehouse and dispatch activities while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Monitor order ageing pending orders turnaround time and dispatch accuracy.
• Lead and manage warehouse packing and dispatch teams to achieve daily productivity targets.
• Allocate manpower effectively and monitor individual/team productivity.
• Coordinate with sales purchase accounts production and other internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks affecting dispatch timelines.
• Manage packaging-material inventory supplier coordination stock levels and timely reordering.
• Ensure proper storage handling and movement of sarees and other inventory within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate daily MIS and KPI reports using Excel and ERP systems.
• Analyse warehouse and dispatch performance and implement corrective actions to improve KPIs.
• Ensure proper documentation stock accuracy and adherence to warehouse processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in dispatch efficiency manpower productivity and order turnaround time.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with relevant experience in warehouse/dispatch operations will be preferred.
