Warehouse cum Dispatch Incharge

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Warehouse cum Dispatch Incharge in Chennai Tamil Nadu. We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional capable of managing warehouse activities inventory movement dispatch coordination and related documentation. • Manage day-to-day warehouse receiving storage stock movement and dispatch activities.
  
• Coordinate timely dispatch of materials according to delivery schedules and requirements.
  
• Maintain accurate stock inward outward and dispatch records.
  
• Verify quantities and documentation before materials are dispatched.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and support periodic physical stock verification.
  
• Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for smooth material movement.
  
• Ensure proper storage identification handling and organization of warehouse materials.
  
• Prepare warehouse and dispatch reports and escalate stock or delivery discrepancies.
  

• Warehouse Operations: Ability to manage routine receiving storage material handling and dispatch activities.
  
• Dispatch Management: Knowledge of dispatch planning material verification and shipment coordination.
  
• Inventory Control: Ability to maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory movement.
  
• Documentation: Ability to maintain inward/outward registers dispatch records and supporting documents.
  
• MS Excel & Reporting: Working knowledge of spreadsheets for inventory tracking and operational reports.
  

• Experience coordinating with transporters and logistics teams.
  
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse/inventory management software.
  
• Knowledge of stock reconciliation and physical inventory procedures.
  

The position requires 3 years of experience. Relevant experience in warehouse operations inventory control stores dispatch or logistics operations would be suitable for the responsibilities of this position.
