About the Role:

• The role is responsible for identifying sourcing and securing long-term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities. The incumbent shall be primarily responsible for the New Sales Productivity Renewal and Collection as per the assigned targets.
  
• The person will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team involving collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
  

Job Responsibilities:
Business Development (Sales):

• Achieve sales targets as per the branchs approved business plan
  
• Execute sales promotion activities within the assigned territory
  
• Ensure all Sales KPIs are achieved on a month-on-month basis
  
• Identify and follow up with prospective customers; respond to enquiries within defined timelines
  
• Maximise the conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders
  
• Ensure contract renewals are in line with company expectations
  
• Track market developments and identify new business opportunities
  
• Prepare and regularly update the Monthly Performance Grid (MPG)
  

Key Result Areas:

• Business Development (Sales)
  
• Upselling Renewals (if assigned)
  
• Calls / Survey / Quotations/ PDSA as per the Regional plan Collection & DSO
  
• Customer Service On-Time Invoice Submission

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

• Any Graduate
  
• Proficient in MS-Office/G-Suite
  
• Minimum 0-3 years of experience in direct sales preferably in home products home services or residential cleaning services
  
• Fresher can also attend.
