Salary: 12000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a cheerful hardworking and well-groomed Waitress to join our service team. You will take orders serve food and make sure every guest has a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests show them to their tables and present the menu.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and pass them to the kitchen and billing team.
• Serve food and drinks promptly following proper service etiquette.
• Explain dishes ingredients and daily specials to guests and suggest popular items.
• Check on guests during the meal and attend to their requests quickly.
• Handle guest complaints politely and inform the captain or manager when needed.
• Clear clean and reset tables quickly to keep service smooth in peak hours.
• Keep the dining area service stations and tableware clean and well organised.
• Coordinate with the kitchen captain host and cashier for smooth service.
• Follow restaurant SOPs hygiene grooming and food safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fresher or 1 year of experience as a waitress/steward in a restaurant cafe or hotel (freshers with good attitude are welcome).
• Fluent in Malayalam (speaking and understanding).
• Pleasant polite and neat personality with a willingness to learn.
• Good teamwork and the ability to stay active and calm during busy hours.
• Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
