Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to lead strategic hospitality development initiatives operator
partnerships and project evaluation. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in hotel operations operator
negotiations hospitality project planning and financial evaluation of hotel assets. This role will be instrumental in
driving operator relationships evaluating hospitality opportunities and ensuring successful project execution from
concept to operation.
Key Responsibilities
Operator Relations & Contract Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international hotel operators and brands.
Lead commercial discussions negotiations and finalization of Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs)
Franchise Agreements and related hospitality contracts.
Evaluate operator proposals and recommend optimal partnership structures.
Manage ongoing operator relationships to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Hospitality Development & Technical Evaluation
Review and assess hotel design concepts planning layouts technical specifications and operational
requirements.
Collaborate with architects consultants project teams and operators to ensure efficient design and
operational functionality.
Evaluate hospitality projects from feasibility design and execution perspectives.
Provide strategic inputs during project development and asset planning stages.
Financial Analysis & Asset Evaluation
Assess hospitality project viability through detailed analysis of capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operating cash
flows.
Review feasibility studies business plans financial models and return projections.
Monitor project budgets and provide recommendations to optimize investment returns.
Support investment and development decisions through data-driven financial analysis.
Strategic Leadership
Identify and evaluate new hospitality opportunities and partnerships.

Provide market intelligence industry trends and competitive insights.
Work closely with leadership teams on hospitality strategy expansion plans and portfolio management.

Desired Profile
Experience
10–15 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Proven experience working with hotel operators developers hospitality consulting firms or asset management
teams.
Strong exposure to operator negotiations hospitality contracts and hotel development projects.
Experience evaluating hotel financials CAPEX planning and operational cash flows.
