Vocational Trainer Housekeeping

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Vocational Trainer - Housekeeping to join our training team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in housekeeping operations within the hospitality industry and the ability to train students through practical skill-based learning. Candidates with prior teaching training or mentoring experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver vocational and practical training sessions in Housekeeping and related hospitality subjects.
  
• Train students on room cleaning procedures housekeeping operations linen management guest service standards hygiene practices and hotel protocols.
  
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations workshops and skill-development activities.
  
• Prepare training materials lesson plans assignments and assessments.
  
• Evaluate trainee performance through practical assessments projects and examinations.
  
• Guide students on industry standards workplace readiness and career opportunities in hospitality.
  
• Support students with internship and placement preparation.
  
• Maintain training records and ensure a productive learning environment.
  
• Stay updated with current hospitality and housekeeping industry practices.
  

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management Hospitality Management Housekeeping or a related field.
  
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the Housekeeping Department of a reputed hotel preferably a 4-star or 5-star property.
  
• Prior experience in teaching vocational training skill development programs or student mentoring is preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations cleaning techniques room maintenance hygiene standards and guest service practices.
  
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to conduct practical and interactive training sessions effectively.
  
• Strong mentoring and leadership abilities.
