Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Voice & Accent (VNA) training to new hires and existing agents supporting the UK Retail process
• Design and conduct training modules to improve pronunciation fluency tone and communication effectiveness
• Assess trainee performance and provide structured feedback for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to align training with process requirements
• Maintain training documentation reports and track batch performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a VNA Trainer preferably with international/UK process exposure
• VNA Certification is an added advantage (not mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience training for international voice processes preferred
• Willingness to work in UK rotational shifts including night shifts as required

• Fixed Weekend Off
