Night Shift Experience: Preferred

Shift: 11 PM 8 AM
Working: 5 Days

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle VIP customer queries professionally.
Make renewal and follow-up calls to existing customers.
Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
Maintain high customer service and quality standards.
Achieve renewal calling and performance targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
