The Opportunity
Experience: 6 years in high-end digital video production / visual journalism
Role: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Explainer-Style Video Editing (50%): Manage narrative pacing for long-form video essays source high-quality archival assets and craft rich soundscapes.
Journalism-Driven Motion Graphics (50%): Create data visualizations (charts maps graphs) and execute "Vox-aesthetic" animations including kinetic typography and dynamic UI mockups.
Portfolio: Must demonstrate high-end explainer content or visual essay styles.
Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects Premiere Pro Photoshop and Illustrator.
Editorial Skills: Strong understanding of journalistic pacing and storytelling.
Sports Literacy: A deep appreciation for sports analytics and culture is highly preferred.
Required Skills:
