Job Summary

Lead end-to-end production of professional corporate product SaaS AI and marketing videos.
Create corporate brand films leadership/founder videos company culture videos announcements event videos employer-branding videos and customer success stories.
Produce product overview videos product launches feature videos SaaS demos product walkthroughs tutorials explainers and onboarding videos.
Create AI and technology explainer videos covering AI agents automation workflows data intelligence APIs integrations and enterprise technology.
Develop advanced motion graphics including kinetic typography UI animations product animations data visualizations infographics animated diagrams transitions and visual effects.
Handle complete video post-production including editing pacing color correction/grading sound design audio editing voiceover synchronization subtitles captions B-roll and final mastering.
Produce short-form content for LinkedIn Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts product clips founder content educational videos and industry insights.
Produce and edit long-form content such as webinars podcasts interviews product demonstrations training videos customer interviews and events.
Create conversion-focused video advertisements for Google Ads LinkedIn Ads Meta Ads retargeting and landing pages.
Develop concepts scripts storyboards shot lists visual references and voiceover scripts.
Independently manage video shoots including camera setup lighting audio interviews product demonstrations corporate shoots and events.
Use AI tools for video generation image generation voiceovers scripting storyboarding visual ideation enhancement audio cleanup captioning translation localization and content repurposing.
Support graphic design requirements such as social media graphics thumbnails LinkedIn carousels presentation graphics infographics website graphics campaign creatives and product visuals.
Maintain consistent visual and motion standards across multiple brands.
Collaborate with Marketing Growth Sales Product Customer Success Leadership and HR teams.
Create sales-enablement videos including product demos case studies testimonials comparison videos industry-specific videos and personalized prospect videos.
Analyze video performance metrics such as watch time retention engagement CTR conversions and lead generation to improve creative output.

Requirements

Experience: 27 years of professional experience in video production corporate video SaaS video product marketing motion design technology content B2B marketing or digital marketing.
Experience in AI SaaS enterprise technology data sales technology or marketing technology is highly preferred.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
Strong knowledge of professional video editing motion graphics color correction color grading sound design audio editing screen recording and subtitle/caption production.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Figma and Canva.
Preferred skills: DaVinci Resolve Blender Cinema 4D Adobe Audition 3D animation and advanced compositing.
Strong familiarity with modern AI creative tools and ability to use AI throughout the creative production workflow.
Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
Ability to understand complex technical products and convert them into simple compelling visual stories.
Ability to independently handle concept script storyboard production editing motion final delivery.
Strong creative direction and conceptual thinking.
Strong visual taste and attention to detail.
Good understanding of corporate and enterprise-level video production.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
Strong ownership curiosity and interest in AI and emerging technologies.
Portfolio is mandatory demonstrating relevant corporate videos SaaS/product videos product demos motion graphics explainers short-form/long-form videos advertising videos customer testimonials/case studies and AI-assisted creative work where available.
