              Skills We are Looking For

              • 1-3 years of experience in content creation filmmaking or video editing.
              • Strong editing skills in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
              • Working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop.
              • Experience with AI video generation tools is a must (Google flow Gemini Higgsfield)
              • Understanding of pacing storytelling composition and sound.
              • Basic camera knowledge (ISO aperture shutter speed framing lighting).
              • Comfortable communicating in Hindi and/or English.

              Bonus Points

              • Motion graphics skills.
              • Experience creating viral social content.
              • Experience using AI tools such as Google Flow Veo Gemini Higgsfield Runway Midjourney or similar platforms.
              • Creator mindset: you make things even when nobody asks you to.
