The organization is expanding its engineering leadership team to support mission-critical platforms that power large-scale retirement and financial services solutions for millions of users.
As the Vice President - Software Engineering you will define and execute the technology strategy engineering roadmap and delivery for a large-scale enterprise platform. You will lead high-performing engineering teams drive modernization initiatives and partner closely with global technology and business leaders to build secure resilient and scalable solutions.
This role requires an experienced hands-on technology leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and can influence outcomes across a globally distributed engineering organization.
