Alfa Laval has been present in India since 1937 and plays a strategically important role within the group. The India headquarters is located in Pune with eight manufacturing facilities based at Pune and Satara and multiple sales and service locations across the country. The Manufacturing facilities supplies key components and systems in Separation Heat Transfer and Flow technology. It is also a hub for Centrifugal Separators Decanters and Flow equipment delivered to the global markets from here.

The companys products and solutions are omnipresent in over 25 multiple Indian industries including food processing dairy edible oil processing sugar production pharmaceutical & biotechnology brewery distillery starch pulp and paper oil & gas marine and energy. Alfa Laval caters to many national and international clients based across India and neighboring countries like Sri Lanka Nepal and Bangladesh.

We are now looking for a for an Inspirational leader to spearhead our Energy division in India partnering closely with the business leaders and managers. Energy Division is a strategic pillar of Alfa Laval India to achieve our growth ambition for the coming years.

The Energy Division focuses on delivering solutions that promote greater energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact for customers in industries such as HVAC and refrigeration renewable energy data centers oil & gas petrochemicals refining and power generation. division supports customers across the value chain through advanced heat exchanger technologies and separation solutions enabling energy optimization heat recovery and sustainable operations in both traditional and emerging energy markets

Role Description

You will be a member of AL India Management team directly reporting to Managing Director as well as the key representative for India region. Moreover you will be responsible for leading developing and securing a high performing team in line with the Alfa Laval culture.

To help Alfa Laval uphold its promises and foster a thriving service culture we are seeking a dynamic leader for the role of Vice President of Energy Division to join our skilled dedicated and passionate team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Sales management and lead teams within a fast-paced environment. Success in this role hinges on delivering profitable growth and developing a high-performing team. Moreover you will be responsible for leading developing and securing a high performing Divisional team (more than 30 people) in line with the Alfa Laval culture.

• Strong capability in shaping business direction influencing senior stakeholders and driving organizational change.
• Exceptional strategic communication stakeholder influence and executive presence.
• Visionary yet hands-on leadership style capable of inspiring teams toward ambitious growth.
• Educational background: BE/B. Tech (Chemical/Mechanical) from a top institute; MBA preferred for strong business acumen.
