UX Design Lead

Summary: Execute designs based on customer journeys and needs.

Roles and Responsibilities-
Conduct user research to understand user needs behaviors and pain points through various research methods like user interviews surveys and usability testing.
Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and data analysis to improve the overall user experience.
Collaborate with UI designers to create visually appealing and brand-consistent interfaces ensuring usability and accessibility.
Create low-fidelity wireframes to outline the basic structure and layout then develop interactive prototypes to test user flows and interactions.
Conduct tests with real users to identify areas for improvement in the design and functionalities
Primary Skills
Wireframing and prototyping tools: Handson experience in tools like Figma Sketch Adobe XD or InVision.
Secondary Skills
Communication skills: Effectively communicating design ideas and collaborating with others.
Documentation for design specifications user flows and other relevant information for developers and other team members.
