- Ability to support configuration workshops and documentation of design decisions on the following modules: Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Onboarding Performance Management Employee Voice and HRSD (Document Manager People Assist).
- Ability to execute system configuration on the modules identified above and coordinate build support with other team members on the HCM workstream
- Ability to define testing scenarios across these modules author test scripts stage necessary data execute testing and document results.
