US NON IT and Healthcare Recruiter

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a US Non-IT and Healthcare Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process which includes sourcing screening and selecting candidates for healthcare and non-IT roles. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers managing job postings utilizing recruitment platforms developing candidate pipelines and maintaining candidate records. The recruiter will be expected to meet hiring targets ensure a positive candidate experience and collaborate with the HR team for effective onboarding processes and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting activities
• Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• Proven ability in Hiring and talent acquisition for healthcare and non-IT roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn job boards and ATS systems
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple hiring priorities effectively
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
• Relevant experience with a U.S.-based recruitment process will be an advantage
