**Job Title:** US IT Recruiter
**Role Overview**
Join our consulting team in Hyderabad as a US IT Recruiter. This role focuses on sourcing screening and securing top-tier IT talent for clients across the United States. You will play a crucial role in connecting skilled professionals with challenging opportunities within the US market contributing to the success of diverse projects.
**Responsibilities**
- Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards social media professional networks and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications experience and alignment with job requirements.
- Develop a strong understanding of technical requirements and job specifications for various IT roles.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed summaries of their skills and experience.
- Facilitate offer negotiations and manage the hiring process from initial contact to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Stay informed about US IT market trends salary benchmarks and the competitive landscape.
- Adapt to US time zone working hours as required for effective client and candidate engagement.
**Required Qualifications**
- Any educational background is accepted.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Proven ability to source and recruit for various IT skills (e.g. Software Engineers Data Scientists Cloud Architects UI/UX Designers).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of the US IT job market and the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Familiarity with different sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience recruiting for IT roles within a consulting or staffing firm environment.
- Knowledge of different US visa types (e.g. H1B Green Card US Citizen) and their implications for recruitment.
- Experience with specific sourcing platforms or advanced recruitment technologies.
- A developed network of IT professionals in the US market.
