Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Experience: 1 4 Years)
Location: Noida Sector 62 (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift - 7:00 pm to 4:00 am IST)
About the Role: We are looking for a self-motivated US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment sourcing screening and coordinating candidates for contract contract-to-hire and full-time opportunities across various technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Dice Monster CareerBuilder LinkedIn Indeed and internal databases.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and social networking platforms to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills experience communication and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate compensation rates and facilitate offer discussions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to fulfill client requirements within SLAs.
- Meet individual and team hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- 1 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience working on W2 C2C and Full-Time requirements.
- Good knowledge of US work authorizations (US Citizen Green Card H-1B OPT CPT TN EAD etc.).
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice Monster CareerBuilder LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of various IT technologies and roles is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Experience with ATS/CRM tools is an advantage. (Ceipal - ATS)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
