• Oversee the casting and forging processes to ensure optimal production
• Conduct quality control inspections on finished products
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve production techniques
• Implement safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement

• Lead training sessions for junior staff on equipment operation

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
• 5 years of experience in steel manufacturing operations
• Strong knowledge of casting and forging techniques
