Job Summary
As a UI/UX trainee your job description typically involveslearning and assisting with various aspects of UI/UX design focusing on understanding user needs creating wireframes and potentially prototyping under the guidance of senior also likely collaborate with developers and other team members to bring designs to life
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform in depth research including user interviews observations usability testing market research and competitive analysis
Create user flows wireframes prototypes and mockups
Work closely with lead designers UX team members dev team and stakeholders
Work within budget and timeline
QUALIFICATIONS
You have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Knowledge of design process and usability design principles
Proficiency of Figma
A portfolio of work that showcases your process along with finished design work. Applications without portfolios will not be considered
Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with a remote team
EXPERIENCE
Training and practical experience in UI/UX Design
Experience understanding the goals frustrations and needs of users
Experience designing across multiple device types such as iOS Android desktop tablets and web interfaces
