Your work profile

1. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT PMO to lead and deliver cross-functional technology and functional transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in Energy sector and demonstrated experience in managing complex global programs.
2. Understand the Project Delivery Framework (PDF) and how to apply both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies within the framework.
3. Understand the key elements to set up an IT project and work closely with PMs and other parties to ensure smooth setup.
4. Support Project Manager with end-to-end project management activities and have experience in preparation of project management deliverables such as:
5. Project Charter
6. Project Plan/Schedule
7. Risk and Issuetracker.
8. Communication Plan
9. Stakeholder Mapping
10. Project Governance
11. Budgeting and Forecasting
12. Standardizing processes
13. Defining templates for Project deliverables
14. Preparinginsightfulreports and Dashboardsthat are fit for purpose completetimelyaccurateand communicated effectively.
15. Resourcing and Optimizing resourceutilization.
16. Knowledge management and organizingtrainings.
17. Document Management
18. Onboarding and offboarding
19. Invoicing and billing
20. Maintain quality data.
21. Produce project reports and ensure that status reporting is fit for purpose and communicated effectively.
22. Maintain change logs.
23. Ensure effective usage of the PMO environment and toolset.
24. Drive contingency management control project costs and schedulemonitorprojectrisksresourcesand scope.

Key skills required

1. Experience: Must have 3 to 5 years experience in IT Industry
2. Must have experience in Projectfinance management projectgovernanceand quality management reporting insights analysis stakeholder management
3. Must havegoodunderstandingonSDLC phases and deliverables.
4. Must haveExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
5. Project Management certification is preferred
6. Hands on experience on any project management toolis preferred example:ADO MPP Clarityetc.
7. Experience in Power-BI reporting ServiceNow-ITBM tooling Vendor Management Information Management (SharePoint)Story tellingis preferred
8. Experience in Energy sector is preferred
9. Location: Bangalore(mandatory)
10. Must be willing to travel to client office for 3-4 days in a week
11. Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a global delivery model and multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira MS Project Clarity or ServiceNow.
• Professional certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 SAFe or CSM.
• Exposure to PMO functions including governance budgeting and reporting.

1. Education: Bachelors or masters degree in engineering Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
2. Notice Period: Candidates with immediate availability or notice period of up to 30 days preferred. Maximum acceptable notice: 45 days
