Your work profile

• We are looking for a Tech Lead with strong expertise inAdobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assetsto lead the design and implementation of digital asset management solutions. The role involves providing technical leadership and ensuring scalable and efficient DAM implementations.
• Lead thearchitecture design and development of AEM Assets solutions.
• Guide development teams onbest practices coding standards and technical design.
• Develop and customizeAEM Assets components workflows and integrations.
• Ensureperformance scalability and securityof DAM implementations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders product teams and architects.
• Mentor developers and support technical problem-solving.
• Ensure smooth coordination withDevOps and integration teams.

Key skills required:

• Strong hands-on experience withAdobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets / DAM.
• Expertise inJava Sling OSGi JCR and AEM architecture.
• Experience withAEM workflows metadata management and asset processing.
• Familiarity withCI/CD Git and Agile delivery models.
• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes
• Base location: Bangalore
• Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
