Job Title : Travel & Expense (T&E) Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Travel & Expense (T&E) operations ensuring timely and accurate expense processing.
- Oversee policy compliance internal controls and audit processes for expense management.
- Manage and optimize T&E systems including Concur PeopleSoft and expense audit automation tools.
- Drive process improvements automation initiatives and workflow standardization.
- Administer and optimize the corporate card program including vendor management and policy compliance.
- Monitor service levels (SLAs) expense trends and corporate card performance to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Finance HR Procurement IT and business stakeholders to align T&E processes with organizational goals.
- Provide reporting analytics and insights to support decision-making and cost optimization.
- Lead mentor and develop the T&E team while driving performance and continuous improvement.
- Resolve complex operational issues and ensure high-quality service delivery to internal stakeholders.
Requisites
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong experience in Travel & Expense operations and corporate card program management.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP Concur PeopleSoft and AppZen or similar expense audit tools.
- Strong understanding of expense policies internal controls compliance and financial governance.
- Experience in process automation workflow optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely service delivery.
