EMPLOYMENT MISSION

Own the transition Program that moves infrastructure functions from Casablanca to the India team in Pune. The position is fixed-term for the duration of the Program.

PURPOSES OF EMPLOYMENT

TM001 Own the end-to-end transition plan

• Build and maintain the master transition plan across six functions and three waves
• Sequence stage-gates so that concurrent transitions do not exceed available Casablanca SME capacity
• Maintain dependencies between hiring dates onboarding training and knowledge transfer start dates
• Re-plan when a wave slips and communicates the revised critical path to India and Casablanca
• Maintain the Program milestone baseline and track variance against it

TM002 Secure and manage Casablanca SME capacity

• Obtain a named SME per function from the Casablanca function leads
• Calendar committed hours at least four weeks before each knowledge transfer start
• Track hours actually delivered against the plan of approximately 120 hours per function and report variance
• Escalate SME non-availability before it becomes a schedule slip
• Balance SME load where two functions transition concurrently within a wave

TM003 Gate readiness before each transition begins

• Issue and chase the documentation prerequisite checklist for each function
• Confirm completeness jointly with the Infrastructure Lead two weeks before the knowledge transfer start date
• Hold the start where prerequisites are incomplete rather than proceeding regardless
• Verify monitoring visibility access provisioning and environment readiness before each stage
• Confirm onboarding and foundation training are complete before a resource enters knowledge transfer

TM004 Administer stage-gate governance and sign-off

• Chair the review at the end of each transition stage — KT Shadow Reverse Shadow Reverse KT and Sign-off
• Administer the exit criteria objectively — scenario coverage ticket counts documentation quality
• Establish whether criteria have been met and present the evidence; recommend sign-off extension or remediation
• Maintain the sign-off record and evidence pack for each function
• Track the post-sign-off stabilisation window and the use of the Casablanca escalation route

TM005 Manage Program risk issues and reporting

• Maintain the transition RAID log and drive mitigation actions to closure with named owners and dates
• Escalate to the Infrastructure Lead and PS Manager against defined thresholds
• Provide weekly transition status — stage-gate position SME hours delivered blockers
• Provide fortnightly Program reporting to PS Manager and Casablanca function leads
• Produce transition burn-down and closure reporting at the completion of each wave

TM006 Coordinate the formal training track

• Book vendor and certification training against the plan respecting vendor lead times
