Responsibilities:

• Train Associates work with peers assist Managers Senior Managers and Partners in conducting financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industries
• Conduct analytical reviews of data and prepare findings
• Prepare data books
• Help prepare draft reports for management review
• Research issues that arise during the course of engagements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required Masters Degree in Accounting or Business or certified Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently motivation to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client service
• Creative problem solving critical thinking and research skills
• Highly motivated and takes initiative for professional growth and development
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills
• Ability to take direction and exercise sound judgment tact and diplomacy
• Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
• Able to handle multiple priorities tasks and simultaneous projects
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
