Trainning and Development Executive
Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities:
Training Needs Analysis: Identify training needs by assessing skills gaps and performance issues within various departments.
Training Program Design: Develop comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals including both technical and soft skills training.
Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions workshops and seminars either through in-person sessions or using digital platforms.
Content Development: Create training materials including presentations e-learning modules and other resources to support the training programs.
Employee Development: Assist in the design and implementation of employee development plans including career pathing and succession planning.
Performance Evaluation: Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through assessments evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts department heads and new joiners to ensure training programs meet the needs of the organization.
Qualification & Skills:
Education: A bachelors degree in fields such as human resources organizational development psychology business administration or a related discipline is often required. (prefer candidates with a masters degree or professional certifications in training and development)
Experience: Demonstrated experience in training and development roles is highly valuable.
Training and Development Expertise: Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies adult learning principles and training program evaluation.
Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and deliver engaging presentations and training sessions.
Project Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple training initiatives set priorities and meet deadlines.
Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in analyzing training needs and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
