About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Trainer to design deliver and manage training programs focused on sales skills process knowledge and communication development. The role involves training customer-facing teams to improve conversion rates customer handling and overall performance in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on sales techniques process knowledge and communication skills
• Design and deliver onboarding training programs for new joiners
• Develop structured training modules assessments and learning content
• Coach teams to improve sales performance and conversion outcomes
• Conduct refresher and continuous skill enhancement sessions
• Collaborate with Team Leads and Quality teams to identify training gaps
• Monitor trainee performance and provide actionable feedback
• Ensure training outcomes align with business KPIs and targets

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in training Sales domain
• Strong experience in sales training or customer-facing process training
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to train and manage large teams effectively
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs conversions and performance metrics
• English and Hindi Proficiency is mendatory
• Hindi mandatory; additional regional languages preferred
• Graduation preferred but not mandatory
