What You Will Do:
- Provide education for any new coders.
- Provide training/education for any coders in PIP.
- Provide constant feedback and education to entire coders/QAs/Leads
- Specify client area of education team details quality scores.
- Perform random audit for coders in all the projects.
- Need to create training document based on major error trends.
- Stay abreast of industry changes and create training document based on changes.
- Assures coders achieve and maintain a minimum 95% accuracy in coding based on client contract.
- Assures coders maintain average productivity standards while maintaining quality.
What You Will Need:
Minimum Experience: 35-year coding experience and minimal 1 year experience with Guidehouse.
Should be AHIMA/ AAPC Certified.
Should not be on PIP within 6 months.
Good analytic skills and expertise to be proficient in accurately coding medical records.
Strong ability to interpret medical records of the patients in different specialties.
Ability to communicate have excellent interpersonal listening skills and organizational skills.
Ability to work in flexible shift including weekend.
