Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery: Deliver training on Sponsored & Display Advertising fundamentals Cover concepts like Search Terms Bids Budgeting Audience Targeting Remarketing and Frequency Management Platform & Workflow Training: Train teams on Sponsored Ads & DSP workflows (line item setup creative trafficking pacing) Create modules on programmatic buying (Open Exchange PMP Deal IDs) Content Development: Develop SOP-based training materials for campaign optimization Design learning paths for bid strategies audience refinement & performance improvement Analytics & Practical Workshops: Conduct hands-on sessions on metrics like vCPM CTR CVR RoAS ACoS Guide teams on interpreting data and improving campaign performance Assessment & Reporting: Conduct assessments and certifications Publish training effectiveness and readiness reports Required Skills: 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing Training Strong knowledge of Display Advertising & Programmatic (DSP) Experience in campaign optimization & ad metrics Excellent communication & facilitation skills Strong instructional design capabilities Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors / Masters Degree Experience with Amazon Advertising or DSP platforms is a plus Key Highlights: Work on advanced advertising platforms (Sponsored & Display Ads) Exposure to programmatic ecosystem Opportunity to shape team capability and performance
