• Assisting in sponsorship proposal preparation (research content formatting)
• Collating event and partnership data for pitches and reports
• Maintaining partnership trackers across live events
• Coordinating sponsor deliverables with internal teams and brand partners
• Supporting day-to-day partnerships operations and ad-hoc requirements

• Pursuing/recent graduate in Business Marketing or related field
• Interest in live events entertainment or sports/music industry a strong plus
• Strong with Excel/spreadsheets and attention to detail
• Good written communication skills for proposal and presentation content
• Ability to multitask and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders often under event timelines
