We are looking for a Trainee Recruiter to be a part of our growing team.

During the training you will be exposed to
- Posting job ads on professional sites job sites and social media
- Participate in candidate sourcing efforts.
- Learn how to screen resumes and conduct initial phone screening.
- Communicating with candidates and helping them make informed decision.
- Use recruiting software to keep track of the various stages of recruitment cycle.
- Planning and participating in various recruitment events.
- Enabling a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements and skills
- Any graduate with less than one year experience.
- Tech-savvy and Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving aptitude and Critical-thinking skill.
- High result orientation.
