• The Total Rewards & Payroll Partner is responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time including the administration of commissions earnings deductions reimbursements and other payroll-related transactions.

• The role supports end-to-end payroll operations ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws statutory requirements and company policies.
• Administer employee benefit programs including group insurance enrollment changes terminations claims coordination and liaison with insurance providers to ensure seamless employee support.
• Manage statutory compliance activities related to Provident Fund (PF) Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Professional Tax and other applicable payroll-related regulations ensuring accurate deductions filings and timely remittances.
• Prepare validate and submit statutory reports returns and reconciliations while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standards.
• Partner with HR Finance employees and external vendors to resolve payroll benefits and compliance-related queries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform payroll audits reconciliations and data validation activities to ensure accuracy integrity and confidentiality of employee information.
• Support payroll reporting analytics and documentation requirements providing insights and maintaining records for internal and external audits.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance payroll accuracy compliance operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Handling Employee Queries within the TAT.

• Bachelors /masters degree Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years experience in Payroll/Total Rewards.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions such as pivot tables VLOOKUP and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural global environment.

• Base Compensation will be based onvarious factorsunique to eachcandidateincluding geographic location skill set experience qualifications and other job-related reasons.
