Job Title: Title Examiner

Experience Required: 1 years of experience in US Title Examiner experience on COS TOS FS.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Title Examiner with 1 year of experience in COS TOS and Full Search skilled in reviewing chain of title liens and ownership details. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Fidler Landex and Ecclix.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform COS TOS and Full Title Searches for multiple states.
• Review chain of title ownership history liens judgments and encumbrances.
• Identify title defects and verify Property in Question (PIQ) details.
• Prepare accurate title search reports within SLA timelines.
• Use tools like Fidler Landex and Ecclix for title search and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with client and state-specific guidelines

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Title Examination (COS TOS & Full Search)
• Hands-on experience with Fidler Landex and Ecclix
• Strong knowledge of chain of title liens judgments and encumbrances.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
