Location: Kochi Kerala
Qualification: Bachelors Degree (Mandatory)
Experience: 23 Years of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations.
Salary: per month
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Handle flight reservations ticket issuance and booking management.
- Process ticket reissuance cancellations and refunds.
- Use Amadeus and Galileo reservation systems for flight bookings and fare enquiries.
- Assist customers with itinerary changes ticket modifications and travel-related queries.
- Coordinate with airlines travel agents and customers to ensure smooth ticketing operations.
- Maintain accurate booking records and ensure timely completion of ticketing tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree is mandatory.
- 23 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus and Galileo reservation systems.
- Knowledge of ticket issuance reissuance cancellations and refund procedures.
- Good communication customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently.
