Key Responsibilities

Plan prepare and deliver highquality Social Studies lessons for classes IXXII in accordance with the CBSE/ICSE curriculum.
Incorporate interdisciplinary teaching methods that link history geography civics and economics with realworld contexts.
Facilitate cocurricular activities such as debates model United Nations heritage walks and community projects.
Assess student performance through formative and summative assessments maintain accurate records and provide constructive feedback.
Mentor and guide students in developing research analytical and communication skills.
Collaborate with fellow teachers senior leadership and subject specialists to design integrated learning modules.
Participate actively in professional development programmes workshops and school events.
Uphold the schools ethos of humility sensitivity teamwork and continuous growth in all interactions.
Maintain classroom discipline and a safe inclusive learning environment.

Essential Qualifications

Graduate degree in History Geography Political Science Economics or related discipline.
Teacher Training Certificate (. . or equivalent) recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
Valid teaching license as per state regulations.
Strong command over English and Hindi (both written and spoken).

Desired Experience & Skills

Minimum 23 years of teaching experience at the secondary level (Classes IXXII).
Demonstrated ability to integrate technology and innovative pedagogical tools in the classroom.
Experience in organizing cocurricular activities such as debates exhibitions and community outreach programmes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Passion for holistic education and commitment to the schools vision of nurturing future leaders.
