Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Plan design and execute comprehensive chemistry lessons for grades 11 and 12 aligning with the latest curriculum and board standards.
- Develop and utilize engaging teaching aids laboratory experiments and digital resources to enhance conceptual clarity.
- Assess student performance through regular tests assignments and projects; provide constructive feedback and remedial support where needed.
- Organize and supervise practical laboratory sessions ensuring safety protocols and accurate documentation of experiments.
- Mentor students for competitive examinations (e.g. JEE NEET) and guide them in developing effective study strategies.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to design interdisciplinary projects and participate in school-wide academic events.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance grades and student progress reports.
- Participate in professional development programs curriculum reviews and school improvement initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
- Masters degree in Chemistry (. ) or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Cleared NET / GATE / CSIR / State Teacher Eligibility Test (or equivalent) in Chemistry.
- Demonstrated expertise in core chemistry topics including Physical Organic and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
