testing job

We are looking for a detail-oriented Unit Tester to join our QA/Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing writing and executing unit tests to ensure code quality reliability and performance. You will work closely with developers to identify bugs early in the development lifecycle and maintain high coding standards.

• Develop execute and maintain unit test cases for software applications
• Collaborate with developers to understand code functionality and test requirements
• Identify document and track bugs or defects
• Ensure test coverage for critical components and edge cases
• Automate unit tests using appropriate testing frameworks
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability
• Maintain test documentation and reports
• Continuously improve testing strategies and processes

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
• 14 years of experience in software testing or development
• Strong understanding of unit testing concepts and methodologies
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. JUnit NUnit TestNG PyTest)
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java Python C# etc.)
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins GitHub Actions)
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Basic understanding of integration and API testing

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Time management and organizational skill
