Job Summary
Test / QA Lead
- Years of Experience
- 10 years in software testing and quality assurance
- Minimum 5 years leading enterprise platform or smart city QA programs
- Experience with cloud-native systems integrations and operational platforms
- Educational Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Software Engineering or related discipline
- Masters degree preferred in Software Engineering or Quality Management
- Job Requirements
- Lead end-to-end QA strategy across ICCC releases and operational environments
- Define SIT UAT performance security integration and regression testing frameworks
- Manage automated testing pipelines integrated with DevSecOps
- Validate AI models GIS integrations workflows dashboards and interoperability layers
- Establish defect management release validation and quality governance processes
- Strong expertise in enterprise QA tools automation frameworks and cloud testing environments
- Preferred Certifications
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager
- Certified Agile Tester
- Certified Selenium Professional
- Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- ISO 9001 / Quality Management certifications preferred
