Territory Manager - Medical Representative Team Lead (Pharma)
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Territory Manager to lead our medical representative team in Patna Bihar. This role is pivotal in driving our commercial objectives within the pharmaceutical sector ensuring the effective promotion of our healthcare solutions through strategic engagement with key medical professionals and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Provide expert leadership and management for a team of medical representatives to achieve regional sales targets.
- Conduct regular and productive meetings with doctors to communicate key clinical information and product benefits.
- Manage relationships and optimize operations with chemists and stockists to ensure product availability and supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and execute territory-specific strategies to expand market presence in the Patna region.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure the team maintains the highest standards of professional conduct and regulatory compliance.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Bachelors degree in Science (Any Science Graduate).
- Proven track record in team handling and managing medical representative operations.
- In-depth expertise in navigating the doctor chemist and stockist network.
- Strong leadership analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
