Profile:Tender Executive

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in tendering bidding or proposal management within the Solar industry
• Experience in Solar EPC Renewable Energy Power Electrical EPC or Infrastructure will be preferred.

Roles:

• Identify and track relevant Government PSU and Corporate tenders through online tender portals
• Review NITs RFPs BOQs eligibility criteria and technical/commercial requirements
• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial bid documents quotations and BOQs
• Coordinate with Sales Technical Finance and Procurement teams for timely bid preparation
• Ensure completeness and compliance of all tender documentation before submission
• Track corrigendums amendments pre-bid queries deadlines and tender results
• Coordinate EMD tender fees bank guarantees and other required documentation with Finance
• Maintain a database of ongoing submitted awarded and upcoming tenders
• Support management in analysing tender opportunities and improving bid success rates

Qualification:

• Graduate / Diploma
• B.E./. in Electrical Civil or Mechanical preferred
