Job Overview

We are hiring Telecallers to handle outbound and inbound customer interactions forHerbal Products sales to India customers. The role focuses on communication conversions and customer engagement in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Explain products/services and resolve customer queries
• Achieve daily and monthly conversion targets
• Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction standards
• Follow scripts while ensuring effective communication
• Update customer information accurately in the system
• Work closely with team leads and QA for performance improvement

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in telecalling / customer support preferred
• Strong communication skills in Hindi
• Hindi is mandatory; additional North/East regional language preferred
• Ability to handle high call volumes and target-based work
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation

• Salary: 3.5 4 LPA
• High Incentives
