1. Make outbound calls to customers for pending loan credit card EMI or other overdue payments.
2. Remind customers about their outstanding dues and payment deadlines.
3. Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collection.
4. Explain payment options and resolve customer queries related to overdue accounts.
5. Maintain accurate records of calls payment commitments and follow-ups.
6. Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
7. Handle customer objections professionally and maintain good communication.
8. Follow company policies and RBI guidelines for fair recovery practices.

1. Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
2. Basic computer knowledge.
3. Good convincing and negotiation skills.
4. Patience and a professional attitude while dealing with customers.
5. Ability to work under targets and handle customer calls.
