Your work profile

• Lead functional discovery and workshops for order management processes rules and integrations.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current state processes and identify improvement opportunities applicable to the future OMS model.
• Partner with architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts and dependencies.
• Support UAT planning and execution including clarifying test scenarios expected outcomes and sign-off criteria.
• Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Mentor junior BAs and support readiness of business SMEs.

Key skills required

• Lead SAP FICO implementation rollout support and enhancements.
• Configure FI/CO modules (GL AP AR AA Bank CCA PCA IO Product Costing COPA).
• Manage month-end and year-end financial closing.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Coordinate with ABAP BASIS MM SD and PP teams.
• Conduct Unit Testing SIT and UAT.
• Resolve production issues.

• Lead/Support SAP New GL Migration projects.
• Configure ledgers document splitting parallel accounting and FI-CO integration.
• Execute migration phases: pre-checks validation reconciliation cutover and post-go-live support.
• Ensure compliance and support Classic GL to New GL/S/4HANA migration.

• Lead and mentor consultants.
• Work with finance business auditors and IT teams.
• Conduct workshops and provide project status updates.

• Strong SAP FICO configuration and support experience.
• Hands-on New GL Migration experience.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC/S/4HANA Finance.
• Understanding of IDOCs LSMW BDC and data migration.
• Strong finance/accounting knowledge (IFRS GAAP).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Commerce IT or related field.
• 710 years of SAP FICO experience.
• 12 end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Minimum 1 SAP New GL Migration project.
• Strong FI-CO integration experience.

• CA/CMA/MBA Finance.
• SAP FICO Certification.
• S/4HANA Finance experience.
• Manufacturing Retail or Service industry experience.

Location and way of working

• Base location: Noida
• This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
