Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Training professional with 10 to 15 years of experience in
designing executing and monitoring end to end Technical Training programmes. Additionally we are
looking for someone who have experience in executing learning programs and trainings for the early
careers. We are looking for a Data Engineering POD Lead who will serve as a strategic and operational
interlock for Data Engineering Practice. This role is responsible for capability planning POD-level
execution stakeholder alignment and scalable learning enablement ensuring that technology skills
platforms and delivery readiness are aligned with evolving business needs.
The ideal candidate brings strong data engineering expertise sound technology and people leadership
and experience in driving structured upskilling reskilling and cross-skilling programs for both
experienced talent and early-career hires.

Job Responsibilities:
Contribute to the design and execution of the global Technical Training strategy ensuring
alignment with evolving business and delivery needs.
Own and drive lateral upskilling reskilling and cross-skilling initiatives across the Data
Engineering POD.
Ensure all learning interventions are focused on production-grade delivery readiness not limited
to tool familiarity or theoretical exposure.
Design plan and implement technical training programs based on research and capability
assessment to support employees progression to the next stage in their career paths.

Serve as the business interlock ensuring alignment between business demand technology
capability and learning enablement.
Translate business and project requirements into technology capability platform and learning
roadmaps.
Ensure POD-level execution adheres to defined practice standards target architecture and
governance frameworks.
Drive and govern Data bricks Fivetran and Snowflake certification programs across the POD.
Ensure certification initiatives materially improve deployability technical depth and delivery
scalability.
Align certification frameworks and standards with Data Engineering Practice guidelines and
enterprise governance.
Own bench development and customer academy initiatives by designing role-based
enablement programs that accelerate deployability ensure customer-specific platform
readiness and drive high-success customer interview preparedness through hands-on labs real
project scenarios and mock interview frameworks aligned to client expectations.
Develop and deploy comprehensive learning strategies leveraging digital learning virtual
instructor-led training and blended learning models.
Provide SME inputs for RFPs solutioning discussions audits and capability or maturity
assessments.
Support delivery teams in platform adoption engineering best practices and technical rigor.
Partner with Account and Delivery leaders to ensure talent readiness aligns with current and
forecasted project needs.
Own and manage learning and capability budgets including planning utilization and
optimization.
Ensure adherence to audit certification and compliance requirements.
Ensure all learning and capability requirements are met through effective design and execution
of interventions while actively monitoring budget and outcomes.
Demonstrate strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and guide a diverse cross-geo
team.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional stakeholders in a
matrixed environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation
capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel (advanced functions analysis)
and PowerPoint (executive-level presentations)
Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power BI including dashboarding and data
visualization

Educational qualification: MCA BE or Ph.D. in Computer Science Information Technology
or a related discipline
Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in managing and delivering technical training programs
in two or more of the following domains:
o Data Engineering
o Cloud Technologies
o Business Intelligence
o Data Science / Artificial Intelligence
o Full Stack Development

Required Skills:

MBA in Finance from a reputed institute 12 - 14years of relevant experience preferably in the IT/ITeS industry Big 4 experience or similar consulting exposure will be an added advantage Strong understanding of P&L management project financials and commercial constructs in IT services Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
