Job Summary
Technical Sales Leader will drive sales of wastewater treatment solutions (MBBR/attached growth) by assessing client needs conducting site evaluations and developing optimized technical proposals. Collaborate with engineering and sales teams deliver clear presentations and support techno-commercial bids to achieve successful project closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present wastewater treatment solutions based on MBBR/attached growth processes
Conduct site visits assess plant performance and diagnose process issues
Work with process engineering teams to design optimized solutions
Deliver technical presentations and proposals addressing customer concerns with clarity and candor
Support techno-commercial bids and drive technical closure
Collaborate across sales engineering and execution teams for seamless delivery
Education and Qualification
Degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering
Experience
56 years Experience in wastewater treatment design (MBBR/biological processes preferred)
Other Requirements
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional environments
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
Proven experience in technical sales pre-sales or application engineering
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
Hands-on exposure to site evaluation and troubleshooting. Ability to translate site problems into practical engineered solutions
