Technical Program Manager

Experience: 10-18 Years

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong engineering background who has progressed from Software Engineer Technical Lead or Solution Architect into Program Management. The role will lead enterprise transformation AI/GenAI cloud modernization strategic pre-sales initiatives and portfolio delivery across multiple programs.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and transformation programs.
• Drive AI/GenAI cloud migration application modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Own program governance budgeting resource planning risk management and executive reporting.
• Manage a portfolio of programs ensuring alignment to business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Partner with Product Engineering Architecture and Business leaders to define technology roadmaps.
• Support pre-sales solutioning estimation RFP/RFI responses client presentations and proposal development.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and clients as a trusted advisor translating business needs into technology solutions.
• Ensure delivery excellence through Agile DevOps CI/CD and engineering best practices.

• Prior hands-on experience in Java or other enterprise technologies.
• Strong experience with AWS Azure or GCP.
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI LLMs Machine Learning concepts and modern data platforms.
• Microservices APIs Kafka Event-Driven Architecture and Distributed Systems.
• Agile Scrum DevOps CI/CD and Program Governance.
• Strong client-facing stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Experience managing technology portfolios worth multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Strong background in pre-sales solution consulting and strategic account management.
• Certifications such as PMP SAFe AWS Azure or Cloud certifications.
