Technical Product Manager – Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

Essential Responsibilities

• Own the IBP product roadmap prioritizing business value user adoption and AI-driven capabilities.
• Partner with Planning Manufacturing Supply Chain and Finance teams to identify opportunities for automation predictive insights and process optimization.
• Lead the design delivery integration and support of IBP solutions and related data products.
• Drive adoption of AI machine learning and advanced analytics to improve demand forecasting supply planning inventory management and operational performance.
• Establish data process and governance standards to ensure reliable planning outcomes.
• Continuously improve planning capabilities through automation simplification and generative AI technologies.
• Work with Agile teams to deliver scalable digital solutions that support business transformation.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science Engineering Business Information Systems or related field
• 10 Years experience with Supply Chain Planning and Digital Technologies in manufacturing preferably in Wind or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of Integrated Business Planning S&OP demand planning supply planning and manufacturing operations.
• Relevant experience delivering AI analytics automation or data-driven solutions in a business environment.
• Proven product management experience in global organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management communication and influencing skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
