Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead application development teams delivering scalable high-quality enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java Python Full Stack Development and SQL along with proven experience in project delivery team leadership and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Software Engineers Full Stack Developers QA and DevOps teams.
- Foster a high-performance collaborative and innovation-driven culture.
- Drive employee development performance management and succession planning.
- Own end-to-end application delivery ensuring quality timelines and business alignment.
- Manage sprint planning resource allocation risk mitigation and release management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders architects and product teams.
- Provide technical direction for applications built using: Java (Spring Boot Microservices) Python Full Stack Technologies (React/Angular JavaScript TypeScript) and SQL Databases.
- Guide architecture code reviews best practices scalability and performance improvements.
- Drive Agile DevOps CI/CD automation and secure coding practices.
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science information technology engineering or a related field.
- 10 years of IT experience with 5 years in application delivery and 3 years in people management.
