Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise and React to lead the design development and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with leadership skills to mentor developers drive architecture decisions and ensure the successful execution of projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design development and deployment of enterprise-grade web applications and React.
Define and implement scalable secure and maintainable software architecture.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams through code reviews pair programming and best practices.
Collaborate with product owners business analysts UI/UX designers QA engineers and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Break down business requirements into technical designs and development tasks.
Ensure adherence to coding standards software design principles and security best practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Drive Agile development practices including sprint planning estimation and retrospectives.
Optimize application performance scalability and reliability.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies frameworks and tools to improve development efficiency.
Participate in architectural discussions and technology roadmaps.

Required Skills and amp; Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
8 years of software development experience with a technical leadership experience
Strong experience with:
C#
Core
.NET 6/7/8
RESTful APIs
Entity Framework Core
SQL Server
