Technical Lead- GoLang (Backend & Platform Architecture)

Role Summary:

This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring deep expertise in Golang Python distributed systems cloud infrastructure and scalable backend architecture. The role will drive critical technical decisions mentor senior engineers and provide architectural direction across engineering teams.

• Own the overall architecture and technical direction of backend systems and platforms.

• Design scalable highly available secure and maintainable distributed systems and microservices.

• Define service architecture APIs data models integration patterns and technology standards.

• Drive architecture and design decisions balancing scalability performance reliability security and cost.

• Lead technical design and architecture reviews for major initiatives.

• Remain hands-on with Golang and Python contributing to critical and technically complex components.

• 10 years of software engineering experience with strong backend/distributed systems expertise.

• B.E./. in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.

• Experience operating as a Staff Engineer Principal Engineer Technical Lead or equivalent.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Golang and Python.

• Deep knowledge of system architecture distributed systems microservices and API design.

• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.

• Hands-on experience with AWS Docker and Kubernetes.

• Proven ability to drive architecture and technical decisions across multiple teams.

• Experience leading large-scale architecture modernization or technology transformation initiatives.
